In the shadow of wounds,
Drowned in deep sorrow.
Grey days passed without colour,
The heart is heavy in silence.

But as time passes,
The soul slowly rises from the pain.
Each small step brings hope,
Chasing away the darkness, welcoming the light.

Looking forward with determination,
Leaving a trail of sadness behind.
Rebuild self-love,
Appreciate every second lived.

Bitter memories no longer bind,
As lessons they become protectors.
To find strength in every breath,
To rise, to step, towards a new light.

The wounded heart now slowly heals,
Reaching for a more sincere and true love.
In every end there is a beginning,
Rise and find your happiness.
